Shrinkage Happens

It was bound to happen. You hear about it all the time, but you don’t think it could happen to you. It happened to me last night. I’m not sure how long it is going to take me to get over it. I only hope that there won’t be any permanent damage to any of the people involved.

Malathionman was a little frisky last night. He was not going to be denied his manly needs, and he wasn’t, but there was a price.

I go to bed about 9pm. 9pm is not too late. Can you guess what happened yet?

Things were just starting to get heated up and we hear, “Can I sleep in here tonight?”
“Ahh, no.”
Sherri gets up and puts the little darling back to bed.

Thinking, “Oh well, so much for that.” I roll over to go to sleep. Sherri comes back a few minutes later. I was WRONG! That’s right, Malathionman has got it going on, and just as Malathionman was about to be going off, “ I’m still scared.”

I’m not sure she was talking about a bad dream. She could have been talking about what she was seeing.

P.S.
My wife says she reads my blog, but I don’t believe her. I should know if she is telling the truth after this post.

P.P.S.

Check out the poll on the right side of the page.

QofD- I think we just commented on each other's site at the same time. Do you think that means something?

Wow, now I am traumatized.... j.k.

One of the many dangers of being a parent...

Oh and regarding your comment. I just have to say. YOU THINK??? LOL.

That is why it is funny....

and No, I was a kid back then, my mom wouldn't have let me. We did however stand in a very very long line. And ironically we had to go to Albuquerque to see it back then. I did have a t-shirt with Leia in the "the" outfit that a teacher thought was obscene for a grade school kid to be wearing.

ROFL That was great. I love the poll too. It's been a while since we've had that problem. Our boys know better than to walk in when the door is closed. :)

Yeah, that's my Bill on the player. That's the only song I was willing to play the rough copy of. Once the others are mixed, I'll play another one. That could be a while.

Nora- I bet you have that Leia outfit in your closet and your husband has the Vader outfit and you guys LOCK the door before you put them on. :)

Cassie- Did he sing before he was in the service?

Bwhahahahahah!! I'm still dreading THAT. I locked my door the other day and the little bugger started pulling on the door and banging on it (no pun intended) until I called out "Just a minute!" There was a brief pause and then a shuffling of feet away from the door... I was waiting to see if I saw little eyes through our curtains (we have French doors) but none ever made the attempt. Thank God!

On another note...*sniff sniff* I promise I showered! ;)

You know, I might've passed the whole "deer thing" onto my sister. She and her husband were at our house tonight and we had me look out the window at their new car...the driver's side front panel and door are dented and crumpled...from a deer RUNNING INTO THE SIDE OF THEIR CAR!

Bwahahahahahaha! Has my luck turned??? You think???

lol

Oh no! The little one saw mommy and daddy "wrestling"? You should have a lock on the door!

I've never been caught, but I do feel bad when the dogs occasionally wander in, looking concerned...
